Hi, my name is Douglas. I am posting because I've been searching for over three hours about this topic and I cannot find anybody in the same situation. So here's what's going on - I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Home, and I've been loving it, besides the fact that I cannot open, update, or do ANYTHING with Microsoft Photos. At first, it just wouldn't open. It always said something along the lines of 'app did not start' or something like that.

You can do this by mounting the iso - I believe the tutorial covers that. The major build used must be the same as you have installed (currently 10586).Having done what you have done, and with one broken, there is a risk sthg else doesn't work.I've given you details of how to do that. See if you can understand it. The thing I find weird is that in the Store, it says it's installed and that I just need to update it. This is where I get error code 0x80070003.
